SRC “Poltava”: A Future Center of Strength, Sports, and Recovery

We believe that every Ukrainian city should have a place of renewal. For veterans — after the front lines. For teenagers — after loss, anxiety, and searching for themselves. For families — after separation. In Poltava, such a space is already taking shape — the Sports and Rehabilitation Center “Poltava”. And we invite everyone to become part of its creation.

From Idea to Action: What Are We Building?

SRC “Poltava” is envisioned as a powerful community space that will bring together:

  • Veterans — for physical and psychological rehabilitation;

  • Teenagers and youth — especially from military families, IDPs, and crisis-affected households;

  • Athletes and coaches — for the development of future champions;

  • The city community — through shared participation, support, and cooperation.

The center will feature modern sports infrastructure, including:

  • a hall for martial arts, functional training, and therapeutic exercise;

  • a space for group sessions and therapeutic sports;

  • a full-size swimming pool, adapted for both rehabilitation and sports training;

  • rooms for individual work with psychologists and rehabilitation specialists;

  • programs to develop endurance, team spirit, and personal strength.

The First Step — Project Documentation

We are currently at the starting stage. To make this center a reality, we need to:

  • develop full project and cost documentation, which will allow us to move on to construction.

This is a challenging but essential step that determines everything: technical solutions, permits, construction cost estimates, and the search for investors and partners. And it is precisely for this stage that we are now seeking funding.

“You can’t build a foundation without blueprints. And we are preparing to lay the foundation of a space that changes lives,” — say the project’s initiators.
